You can report a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy without signing in or purchasing a package.
How to report
Email blazadoted@gmail.com with the subject Safety report. If you have an account, you can instead open Help / Support Tickets. Quality problems with a completed video can be reported separately from My creations.
Include, if available:
- The task ID, media URL or account details needed to locate the content. For material shared elsewhere, include that post's URL and explain its connection to this service.
- The policy concern: child safety, NCII, sexual content, violence, hate/harassment, impersonation, copyright/trademark or other abuse.
- A short factual explanation and whether you are the depicted person, rights holder, authorized representative or another reporter.
- A contact email for follow-up. For rights complaints, describe the original work or mark and your authority to act. Please provide truthful information; we may ask for clarification.
Do not attach child sexual abuse material, intimate images, identity documents, passwords or payment card details. Describe the concern and provide identifiers instead. We may inspect relevant private service records to investigate; reports and contact details are not published.
Urgent concerns and timing
Use URGENT — child safety, URGENT — NCII or URGENT — threat in the subject for these concerns. We prioritize them and may restrict access while reviewing. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services; this mailbox is not monitored as an emergency service.
Our targets are acknowledgement within 24 hours of receipt and an initial review within 24 hours after we have sufficient information, including weekends and holidays. Complex cases may take longer to conclude; we provide an initial update with the reason and next steps. Any shorter applicable legal deadline takes priority. See the AUP for enforcement, frozen allowances, removal limits and appeals.
For an appeal, use the subject Safety appeal, include the decision and affected account/task ID, and explain why it should change. Account Help remains available during a generation suspension.
