Acceptable Use Policy
Prohibited content, safety screening, reporting, enforcement and appeals for Living Tattoo AI.
Last updated: 2026-10-29
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to uploaded photos, generated stills and videos, account activity and use of the results. Living Tattoo AI is an entertainment tool for adults: it adds a fixed butterfly or dragon tattoo effect to a consenting adult's forearm. It is not a face-swap, identity-replacement or impersonation service. A private upload is still subject to these rules.
What is prohibited
- Child safety: No person under 18 in any upload or output. No child sexual abuse material, sexualization of minors, grooming, exploitation, or attempts to depict a minor in sexual or abusive situations, including fictional or AI-generated depictions.
- Sexual and NSFW content: No nudity, pornography, sexual acts, fetish content, sexual exploitation, sexual violence or bestiality. Do not use this service to produce adult sexual content.
- Nonconsensual intimate imagery (NCII): No intimate material shared without consent, sexual deepfakes, undressing or nudification, voyeurism, intimate-image abuse or threats to distribute intimate material. A person's public photo does not give consent.
- Violence and gore: No graphic injury, mutilation, torture, cruelty, violent threats, instructions for violence or weapons of mass destruction, or content promoting terrorism, genocide or violent extremism.
- Hate and harassment: No hateful or dehumanizing content, incitement to discrimination or violence based on protected characteristics, targeted harassment, bullying, stalking or exposure of private personal information.
- Deepfakes and impersonation: No face swaps, identity substitution, impersonation, fraudulent endorsements, fabricated statements or misleading depictions that make a real person appear to do or say something they did not. Do not pass an AI tattoo effect off as an authentic event. Use only your own photo or an adult's photo with their explicit permission for this particular transformation and sharing. Consent does not permit prohibited impersonation.
- Copyright and trademarks: No unlicensed copyrighted photos or artwork, unauthorized logos or trademarks, counterfeit branding, infringement of publicity rights, or misleading claims of affiliation. You must have the necessary rights to both inputs and any additional material used when sharing outputs.
- Illegal or abusive use: No fraud, scams, unlawful activity, evasion of safety checks, automated abuse, exploitation of trial allowances, multiple accounts to bypass restrictions, or attempts to override the fixed templates or access another person's private media.
Label shared creations as AI-generated or AI-edited where needed to avoid deception and follow the rules of the platform where you post them. Do not claim the subject has a real tattoo or endorses a product because of a generated effect.
How we review content
- The product accepts only fixed server-selected templates; it has no user-editable generation prompt. Uploads require an adult/permission declaration and checks for supported image type, size and structure. These checks do not establish a person's age or consent by themselves.
- Before submitting a new generation to fal, the server sends its fixed text instructions to Waffo Prompt Sift in enforcement mode. Only an allow decision may proceed. A block, review decision or unavailable screening service stops the request before generation allowances are deducted. This checks text instructions; it is not an image classifier and cannot detect every violation in a photo.
- We also use the model providers' content-safety controls: Nano Banana 2 image editing is submitted with its strictest
safety_tolerancesetting, and Kling 3 Pro video generation withenable_safety_checkerenabled. Provider refusals, moderation errors and explicit unsafe-result flags do not produce a successful downloadable creation. These provider controls and text screening are separate from file-format checks; we do not claim to operate an independent image-content classifier. A confirmed technical generation failure returns the corresponding allowance once under our Terms. - We manually investigate reports and safety concerns. Authorized administrators may review the media and account or task records necessary for that investigation. Access is limited to service operation, safety and support; private media is not a public gallery. We do not claim that every image is reviewed by a human before generation, or that automated checks are perfect.
Public generation and checkout are currently closed for launch review. Opening generation also requires configured safety screening; missing safety credentials do not permit it to run.
Reporting a concern
Anyone, including someone without an account, can email blazadoted@gmail.com. Signed-in users can also open Help / Support Tickets. See Report abuse for the details to include and urgent-report instructions. You do not have to purchase anything to report a concern.
We aim to acknowledge reports within 24 hours of receipt and complete an initial review within 24 hours of receiving enough information to investigate, including weekends and holidays. If a case cannot be concluded in that time, we will provide an initial update explaining the delay and next steps; this is not a promise that every investigation will be fully resolved within 24 hours. Reports involving child safety, NCII or credible threats are prioritized for prompt review and access restriction where appropriate; any shorter legally required deadlines take precedence. This mailbox is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services for immediate danger.
Restrictions, removal and unused allowances
We assess the severity, evidence and history of a violation. We may refuse a request, issue a warning, restrict or remove access to reported media and related creations, temporarily suspend an account, or permanently terminate its access to generation services for serious or repeated violations. Credible urgent risks may lead to precautionary restrictions while we investigate; a report alone is not a final finding.
Account restrictions block new uploads, generation and purchases, and access to stored media, including previously issued media links. Blocking an individual asset prevents viewing, downloading and reuse of that asset and creations derived from it. Restrictions apply on subsequent service requests. Site copies remain subject to our private retention and deletion process; we cannot retract files already downloaded, independent third-party copies or material shared elsewhere.
Unused video and preview allowances are frozen while the account is suspended. A permanent service termination ends access to those allowances; reinstatement restores access to any remaining valid balance. We do not automatically deduct allowances merely because someone made a report. Refund requests are assessed individually through Waffo, and applicable consumer rights and any legally required refunds remain protected. No refund or quality replacement authorizes prohibited content.
We may preserve the minimum report and decision records needed to prevent repeat abuse, handle an appeal or comply with legal obligations, and respond to valid legal requests. See our Privacy Policy.
Notice and appeal
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we explain the restriction, the policy involved and how to appeal. Email blazadoted@gmail.com or use account Help with the account email, affected task/media identifier, decision details and supporting explanation. Do not send prohibited imagery as an email attachment. Help, order records and deletion requests remain available during a generation suspension.
We apply the same acknowledgement and initial-review targets to appeals. A successful appeal lifts the relevant restriction; no new purchase is required for review. We may withhold details where disclosure would endanger someone, expose private information or facilitate abuse.
