Privacy Policy

Your photos and creations

Living Tattoo AI is for adults aged 18 or older. Only upload adults who have agreed to this use. We use your selfie to add a template tattoo and generate the still or video you request. We do not publish your personal photos or use them as public examples without your permission.

Site copies of uploads, previews and videos are stored privately for up to 30 days. You can delete an uploaded photo in the generator and delete creations from My creations. Access stops on deletion; failed physical deletion operations are retried. Download results you want to keep before they expire.

Service providers

To generate your result, we send your input and fixed generation instructions to fal and the selected image/video model. This service uses Nano Banana image editing and Kling video generation. Those providers process media under their own terms and retention practices. Our site deletion does not promise immediate deletion of independent provider copies, and we do not make an unverified promise that providers never use data for training. See fal Privacy Policy.

Cloudflare hosts the production application, database and private object storage. Google handles your sign-in. Waffo Pancake hosts checkout and handles payment information; we store order references, payment status, amounts and your purchased benefits, rather than full card numbers.

Account and usage records

We keep account identifiers, sign-in/session data, orders, benefit usage, generation status and support reports to operate the service. Operational records can remain after media deletion to prevent duplicate charges, handle refunds and investigate support issues. Product events record steps such as upload, preview completion, checkout, video completion and download; they do not include photo contents or signed media links.

Session cookies support sign-in. Your browser stores the chosen template and draft identifiers to resume your work; signing into a different account resets the previous draft. Optional analytics follow the site's cookie controls. We do not send automatic video-delivery emails in this version; results appear in My creations. Waffo may provide its own transaction communications.

For privacy, account or billing requests, email blazadoted@gmail.com. You can also use Help in your signed-in account. Quality reports can be submitted from My creations. Verified legal identity must be published before the service opens for paid public use. This notice describes the implementation prepared for that launch; it is not evidence that public generation or charging is currently open.
